Terms & Conditions

These T&Cs relate to payment, cancellation, cookies, privacy and data storage.

Payment & Cancellation
Payment can be made by card, cheque or cash. 

If you want to secure a place on a course immediately you can do so by booking online using a Visa, Mastercard, Delta or UK Maestro card. 

We do not store your card details other than the last 5 digits of the card number, which enables us to identify a payment in the event of a query.

Cancellation by you
If you decide not to attend a course and cancel your booking, we will refund you within 4 weeks of your cancellation, less £20 to cover administration costs and bank charges.

However, if you cancel within 72 hours of the course, and we cannot fill your place, we reserve the right to charge a 100% fee.

Card payments will be refunded directly to your card.

Payments by cheque or cash will be refunded by cheque.

Cancellation by us
If we cancel your course we will either refund your payment in full or move you to another available course of your choosing, whichever you prefer.

Your use of this website constitutes agreement to our use of both essential cookies (i.e. to enable the purchase of a course) and non-essential cookies (i.e. to enable us to analyse traffic on the site).


Privacy & Data Storage
In compliance with Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we rely on 'Contract' as a lawful basis for processing your data. We request and record the data you give us because when we accept payment from you for a place on a course we are contracted to deliver the course to you and need to process your personal data to comply with our obligations under the contract, namely send your payment for processing, record you as booked on the course, send you confirmation of your booking, supply confirmation of your attendance at any time in the future and otherwise liaise with you about your booking.

We are committed to keeping your data safe and private. The information you provide will be used only for the purpose of providing you with the service you require and will not be shared with any third parties.

We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires. You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us.

We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

All comments, queries and requests relating to our use of your information are welcomed.
