It’s the middle of the night. Things are not going well. Your patient is sick and the numbers are getting worse.

What do you do?  What does the ECG show? What’s on the X-ray? What do the bloods mean? Fluid restrict or rehydrate?  Should you give steroids? Transfer to ITU or transfer out?

It isn't always easy.

Acute Medicine is an intensive 1-day course focused on aspects of emergency medicine that make a difference.

The speakers are experts in their fields and are all active in acute and emergency medicine. They are there to give you direct practical advice, to share their tricks of the trade, and to shine a light on what will be new.
